Polyacrylamide (PAM) is referred to as the initiator in the monomer polymerization under the action of the water soluble polymer, is one of the most widely used varieties of polymer materials, mainly used in oil extraction, water treatment, textile, papermaking, mineral processing, medicine, agriculture and other industries, polyacrylamide (PAM) by solid particles suspended in water adsorption, bridging between particles or particles through the charge and make the formation of large flocs. Therefore, it can accelerate the settling of particles in suspension, which can accelerate the clarification of the solution and promote the filtration effect. Cationic, anionic, non-ionic and other varieties complete, can meet the needs of all aspects.


1、flocculation: PAM can make suspended substances through electricity neutralization, bridging adsorption, flocculation.
2、adhesion: through mechanical, physical, chemical role, adhesion.
3、resistance reduction: PAM can effectively reduce the friction resistance of fluid, adding trace amount of PAM in water can reduce resistance to 50-80%.
4、thickening: PAM in neutral and acidic conditions have thickening effect, when pH value is more than 10, PAM easy hydrolysis, half mesh structure, thickening will be more obvious.


1、used for sludge dewatering sludge according to the corresponding types of properties can choose this product, can be effective before the sludge into the filter press sludge dewatering, dehydration, floc, non stick cloth, filter without loose, the flow of mud cake thick, high dewatering efficiency, the cake moisture content below 80%.
2、for domestic sewage and organic wastewater treatment, the product in the coordination or alkaline medium are positive electricity, so that the sewage suspended particles with negative charge of sewage flocculation, sedimentation, clarification is very effective. 1、floc size: floc too small will affect the speed of drainage, floc too general to make floc bound more water, and reduce clay biscuits. The size of flocs can be adjusted by selecting the molecular weight of polyacrylamide.
